iconAbout Us
Summit NOLA is a small, independent group of rehabbers who rebuild urban communities in New Orleans. We buy, restore, sell and rent houses. But unlike a lot of companies out there, we’re not in this to flip houses for a quick buck. We understand how important architecture is to cities, neighborhoods and the people who live in them. We don’t sell-out, we invest. We only work on a few projects at a time, so we can pay attention to all the little things that make each place special, and maintain the integrity and character of the original designs. If it mattered to the people who built it first, it matters to us today. We believe in building up, not tearing down.

We feel like it’s a privilege to be playing what we realize is only a very small part in the rejuvenation of New Orleans, but a part all the same. We’re connected to this city like no other, and wake up every day excited to make it a better place to live. And as we grow, we plan on putting a part of our profits back into the neighborhoods where we work.
iconGiving Back
As part of Summit NOLA’s commitment to improving New Orleans we are committed to donating a portion of our profits each year to area NOLA charities. Summit NOLA feels strongly that improving the neighborhoods of New Orleans includes helping improve the lives of the people that live here. Even if you do not buy or rent one of our homes, we hope you will join us in helping others that are less fortunate.
